Interacts with physicians, staff, patients and their family or significant others. Minimum Qualifications Education o High School diploma required. Experience o Previous secretarial experience with demonstrated computer and word processing skills required. Licensure and/or Certification o Not required Skills o Interpersonal skills. o Telephone manners. o Organizational skills. o Data entry skills. o Computer skills. o Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. o Ability to protect confidential information.
