Recruiter- Bilingual (Spanish)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent in the manufacturing or skilled trade industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various manufacturing positions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry

- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit

- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and onboarding new hires

- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruiting process

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

- 3+ years of experience in recruiting 

- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools

- Fluency in English and Spanish
