As a NARMC Paramedic, you’ll assess, treat, and transport patients, oversee shift operations, and coordinate closely with ER physicians and charge nurses. Job Summary Determine patient condition, deliver on‑scene treatment or transport with physician‑directed care, and ensure equipment and shift readiness. Key Responsibilities Ensure shift coverage and daily operational readiness; maintain EMS supplies/equipment. Operate emergency vehicles safely; model professionalism and public relations. Collaborate with ER physicians and charge nurses; communicate effectively in high‑stress environments. Job Qualifications Required Valid Class D driver’s license; EMT-Paramedic certification; BLS and ACLS; ongoing CE per level. Preferred Prior EMS leadership or shift lead experience. Compensation & Schedule Full‑time; rotating 24/7 schedule including nights/weekends/holidays. Competitive pay with differentials; details discussed during interviews.
