Project Architect (Healthcare) - Austin

Healthcare Architects have a passion for designing Healthcare environments, finding the Mission for each client. Collaborate on healthcare projects Concept to complete construction documents Document design work from design presentation to construction documents Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships. Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design. We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need… 5+ years of professional experience, inclusive of 2 years of experience in Healthcare Buildings Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited 5-year program/school Proficiency in REVIT Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule, and resource planning. Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures. Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development. Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants Will be required to have effective verbal, graphic, and written communication skills that support positive, long-term relationships. Must be quality-minded and self-motivated, with the ability to coordinate multiple, constantly shifting priorities with strict deadlines. Experience and proficiency with Healthcare Building projects preferred. Education/Commercial/Institutional market experience is a plus. Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred.
