Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager serves as a strategic coordination and operations leader for the Marketing and Communications team, bringing structure, visibility and alignment to departmental priorities.

This role leads project and program management, systems, reporting, budgeting, vendor coordination and process improvement while partnering with leaders and stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, collaborative professional who can manage multiple initiatives, strengthen team effectiveness and use data to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing projects, programs, timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Organize department priorities, track progress, identify dependencies and help translate leadership decisions into clear action and accountability.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, priority reviews, decision tracking and follow-up activities to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Develop and improve operational processes that strengthen consistency, collaboration and team effectiveness.
• Coordinate budgets, invoices, purchase orders, expenses and supporting documentation.
• Manage vendor communication, scheduling, documentation and follow-up.
• Oversee marketing systems, tools and workflows that support efficient operations and informed decision-making.
• Centralize analytics and reporting by preparing dashboards, recurring updates, summaries and actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting practices, transparency and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a central communication and coordination resource for leaders, team members, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, notes, presentations, reports and follow-up items.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, organization, discretion and sound judgment.

What we need:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Seven years of experience in marketing operations, project management, business support, or a related function.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Advanced experience with reporting, analytics, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Workfront, and the ability to learn and use marketing, project management, and reporting tools effectively.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and/or other marketing and communications reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and a strong service orientation, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with leaders, team members, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

What we offer:

• Pay: The annual salary range is $95,000-$105,000. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education.
• Work Arrangements: This is a full-time office focused, salaried position. Office focused positions work on-site due to the nature of the work and have limited remote days.
