About the Role Provide primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. Manage chronic disease, preventive care, acute visits, and care coordination. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current Massachusetts PA licensure (or eligibility). Experience in primary care or adult medicine preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
