This Insurance Analyst II position with the Florida Department of Financial Services serves as a customer advocate in the Consumer Assistance Bureau, helping the insurance-buying public resolve problems related to personal lines auto and residential property insurance. The role involves answering helpline calls, reviewing insurance contracts, monitoring compliance with statutes, and contacting regulated entities to resolve issues.
