Full Job Description:

Owen & Owens PLC is seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of three years of family law experience to join our team. The position will support our family law attorneys in all aspects of divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution matters in Virginia Circuit Courts and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts.

Responsibilities include preparing pleadings and discovery, assisting with depositions and motions practice, managing case deadlines and scheduling orders, communicating with clients, and assisting attorneys in preparation for settlement conferences and trial.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced litigation practice. Strong written and oral communication skills, professionalism, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

This is a full-time, in-person position with an excellent benefits package. Salary range is $55,000-$70,000, depending on experience. All applications will be kept confidential.
