You will serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and act as a liaison with Corporate HR on day-to-day employee matters. Serve as a primary contact and liaison with Corporate HR for employee inquiries, addressing employee relations , policy and procedure questions, complaints, corrective action, and other employee matters with professionalism and sound judgment Verify hours worked, pay rates, differentials, bonuses, reimbursements, and other payroll-related information with the communities where employees are assigned Maintain a calendar of recurring state and regulatory reporting requirements and assist in providing information needed to expand into other states and related regulatory requirements Support additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent or combined education and experience 2+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing and HR support Experience owning and processing end-to-end payroll Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Ability to work with confidential employee and payroll information Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to analyze data and identify trends Strong organizational and time-management skills , including managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Technologies: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Location: Kansas City, MO (hybrid) #J-18808-Ljbffr HR Jobs
