Field Environmental Specialist II - 401/Buffer Compliance
Department of Environmental Quality
The Department of Environmental Quality in Mooresville is seeking an Environmental Specialist II (NS) to inspect facilities, review 401 certifications and buffer authorizations, and support riparian buffer determinations. This field-based role requires coordinating with permittees, the public, and stakeholders, with occasional travel and after-hours responses.
