There's no playbook for turning a trillion-dollar, relationship-driven industry into a modern marketplace which means the people building it get to write it.Crexi is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team hybrid in Los Angeles or remote in the US.What You'll Do:Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area, and communicate it clearly to stakeholders across the company.Translate strategy into shipped features, collaborating closely with design and engineering and owning execution from spec to launch.Drive go-to-market strategy and positioning with key stakeholders so new features actually land with customers.Ship features that delight customers and move the numbers that matter: signups, revenue, retention.Define what "good" looks like, prototype a v1 with AI tools, get it in front of customers fast, then let evals judge it honestly and shape a sharper v2.Mentor other product managers and help shape how Crexi's product org builds, from how we scope to how we hold ourselves accountable for results.Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth for what you build.What You'll Need:5–10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or marketplace products, with a track record of owning complex products and delivering measurable business impact.A data-driven approach: strong analytical skills and business acumen, with real fluency in SaaS/marketplace metrics and go-to-market strategy.Deep experience running continuous discovery with a cross-functional product trio (PM, Design, Engineering) to evaluate problem spaces and solution viability together.Strong grasp of model capabilities and the ability to work fluently with engineering teams on technical product.Experience leading initiatives across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.Experience in CRE tech, maps, marketplaces, platforms, or other data-driven products is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.Who You Are:Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact problems with minimal oversight, and care more about the outcome than who gets credit for it.A strategic product thinker who is equally willing to drive tactical execution yourself, not just set direction.Energized by ambiguity: you bring structure to it rather than wait for someone to tell you the answer.AI-native: you believe AI can improve people's day-to-day lives and bring that conviction to how you build.A clear communicator with cross-functional range, able to bring stakeholders at every level along with you.A natural mentor who's helped other PMs grow and sees team-building as part of the job, not a distraction from it.Why Crexi?Real impact, fast.
