Continuum Home Health Care is hiring reliable, compassionate caregivers who speak both English and Spanish!

We currently have  TWO part-time caregiver opportunities available , and we're looking for dependable people who want consistent hours and meaningful work helping clients remain safely at home.

POSITION #1 — Morning & Afternoon Caregiver

Part-Time

• Morning start time: 6:00–8:00 AM
• Afternoon end time: 2:00–3:00 PM
• Great opportunity for someone looking for a daytime schedule
• Consistent weekday hours available

POSITION #2 — Afternoon & Evening Caregiver

Part-Time

• Afternoon start time: 12:00–2:00 PM
• Evening end time: 8:00–9:00 PM
• Great opportunity for someone who prefers later-day hours
• Consistent hours available

Starting Pay: $18/Hour

Your experience and skill level can increase your starting pay.

Higher pay is available for caregivers with experience using:

• Hoyer lifts
• Gait belts
• Sit-to-stand equipment
• Other mobility and transfer equipment

What We're Looking For

We need caregivers who are:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Reliable and dependable
• Compassionate and patient
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Experienced or willing to learn safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Professional and respectful toward clients and their families
• Able to consistently work their scheduled shifts
• Comfortable communicating with the office and care team
