The Opportunity We are seeking a hands‑on Databricks Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable data and analytics solutions supporting government mission needs. This role requires strong practical experience with core Databricks platform capabilities, modern data architecture patterns, and disciplined software engineering practices within regulated SDLC environments. In this role, you will apply AI‑enabled analytics and machine learning techniques to solve real‑world operational and decision‑support problems. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
