Store Manager - Thrift Retail Leader & Community Impact
The Salvation Army USA Central Territory
The Salvation Army in Kansas City is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Salvation Army Family Store. You will oversee daily operations, develop staff, drive sales, and create a welcoming environment that reflects our mission to Do the Most Good. Responsibilities include staffing, safety, donation processing, pricing, and customer experience, with regular reporting to Regional Leadership.
