Are you a confident, skilled Licensed Practical Nurse who thrives in diverse clinical settings? Do you enjoy providing meaningful one-on-one patient care? Matriarch is seeking a dedicated Elite Care Specialist (PRN) to support our growing care team throughout the Nashville area on weekends.
Position OverviewAs an Elite Care Specialist at Matriarch, you will provide high-quality, individualized nursing care in patients' homes while supporting both pediatric and adult clients with complex medical needs. This PRN role is ideal for a compassionate, adaptable nurse who values patient-centered care and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and families.
SchedulePRN Weekend Opportunities
- Saturdays
- Sundays
- Day, evening, and overnight opportunities may be available based on patient needs
- Competitive PRN pay

The ideal nurse demonstrates confidence with:
- Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
- Pediatric patient care
- Adult patient care
- Medication administration and monitoring
Training and certifications will be provided upon hire as needed.
