You've been around the block (in a good way), and you have the experience to back it up. You've led complex technology initiatives, navigated competing priorities, and know how to bring structure to ambiguity. You understand both the technical details and the broader business impact, enabling you to connect strategy with execution. But what really sets you apart is how you show up. You build trust, ask thoughtful questions, communicate clearly, and create accountability without relying on formal authority.

You're equally comfortable discussing APIs and system integrations with engineers as you are translating risks and progress updates for executives. You know how to bring people together, align priorities, and keep critical initiatives moving forward.

You've got 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, systems engineering, or a related technology delivery role, take ownership of projects, processes, and outcomes, leave things better than you found them, practice what you preach and lead by example, know when to push, listen, or rethink, and care about the mission as much as the metrics.

Instead of just executing, you'll help us improve how technology initiatives are planned, tested, governed, and delivered across the organization. You'll serve as the coordination hub for enterprise technology programs, helping teams make informed decisions, reduce risk, and achieve successful outcomes.

Here's what that looks like day to day: lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise technology programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities, coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party technology partners to manage dependencies, remove obstacles, and drive accountability.

The IT Technical Program Manager serves as the enterprise testing lead by developing testing strategies, coordinating user acceptance testing, and validating readiness for technology changes and implementations, identifies and mitigates technical, operational, compliance, and delivery risks while maintaining visibility through clear reporting and governance practices. Communicate complex technical concepts, program status, risks, and recommendations in a clear and actionable way for executives and non-technical stakeholders

Schedule: Monday-Friday during regular business hours at our Salt Lake City, Utah corporate headquarters.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in a technical program management, software engineering, systems engineering, or related role
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, databases, and software delivery methodologies
• Experience managing enterprise technology testing, risk management, and delivery governance
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience working in financial services, FinTech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries preferred
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or similar program management certifications preferred
