Sarasota, 4048 Jenkins Place, Sarasota, FL 34238, USA Role Summary We are looking for a great customer service professional to join our team at our Sarasota Branch (4048 Jenkins Place, Sarasota, FL 34238). Our philosophy behind the Universal Banker position is to be proficient in all areas of the branch, which allows you to assist all customers with any product that we offer. Responsibilities Manage a teller window Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's) Actively identify and resolve customer issues Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone Willingness and ability to work in all areas of the branch Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 1+ years of high‑volume cash-handling experience Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred Experience taking home equity and/or mortgage applications preferred Competitive compensation packages Medical, dental, vision, and more 11 Bank Holidays + vacation/sick time Stock Ownership Allocation Exceptional culture and value system Strong work/life balance Growth opportunities Mortgage Discount Program Education Reimbursement Program Our anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00 per hour.
