We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Duty Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading by example. You\'ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Support and motivate the team, leading by example and maintaining a positive working environment. Take responsibility for opening and closing procedures, ensuring the venue is fully prepared for service and secure at the end of the day. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an outstanding experience. Assist in managing the flow of service, responding quickly to challenges and helping the team maintain high standards during busy periods. Support the management team with daily operations, ensuring service runs efficiently and effectively. Remain calm under pressure, using a proactive and solution-focused approach to resolve issues as they arise. Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance throughout the venue. About You Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role within hospitality. A natural leader who enjoys developing and supporting others. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment. Positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. What's on Offer Competitive salary plus service charge/tronc.
