COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Havana, IL. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Illinois COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with restorative programs, ADL training, and use of common adaptive equipment preferred. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document patient care according to facility policies. Willingness to participate in a split assignment and float between nearby facilities in the local area as needed (split between facilities in Havana, IL and Cuba, IL). Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Schedule: 5x8. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Start: ASAP.
