Vigil Agency LLC , a trusted Allstate Agency in Parker, CO, is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-driven , client-focused , and looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

What We're Looking For:

• Highly motivated sales professional with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must have active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Insurance experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be willing to work in-office at our Parker, CO location (this is not a remote position)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customer relationships
• Educate clients on Allstate’s insurance products and coverage options
• Provide exceptional service to existing clients while pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
