Inventory Management Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintaining daily records of shipments and invoices to identify products needing replenishment.

Receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering supplies and equipment accurately.

Preparing equipment and supplies for shipping, ensuring proper documentation.

Performing meticulous data entry for all stock items.

Participating in the inventory and cycle counting process according to departmental procedures.

Utilizing inventory management software to view orders and track inventory levels.

Completing and managing various inventory projects as determined by the management team.

Qualifications and Skills

The ability to think through problems and visualize solutions effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with all levels of staff within and outside the inventory team, as well as with external organizations.

A self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

A dependable and flexible approach, adapting to changing business needs when necessary.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
