Shift Details: Full Time Schedules Some weekends may be required 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus) MON-THUR OR TUES-FRI 0700-1700, 0800-1800 Nurse Practitioner (NP) Duties & Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice. Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and health maintenance. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Promote preventive care and wellness through patient education and screenings. Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, facility policies, and regulatory standards Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited educational institution Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the State in CO. The license MUST be in good standing 1 year of experience Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Familiarity with medical terminology CPR card issued by the American Heart Association Must have up to date credentials in the state of CO Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
