NCC Adjunct Faculty- Air Traffic Control

Adjunct Air Traffic Control Instructor
For Academic Year 2025-2026: Nashua Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in adjunct teaching on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required. Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.
We are in need of Air Traffic Control instructors to teach basic Air Traffic Control Classes
Fall 2025: Tuesdays, 8am-12pm
Spring 2026: Tuesdays, 8am-12pm
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college or technical school with major study aviation technology, education, business administration, engineering or related field.
Experience: Six (6) years of teaching experience in the aviation technology field or six (6) years of military or FAA experience in Air Traffic Control.
License/Certification: FAA or Military Air Traffic Control certification
Preferred Qualifications/Certifications: FAA instructor experience, Recent Air Traffic Control experience, Adjunct Teaching experience.
The salary range for this position is $825-$975 per contact hour. The rate will be determined by the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
CCSNH has established employer status within the New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island). In compliance with CCSNH policies and state regulations, eligibility for employment within CCSNH and its institutions requires residency within a New England state.
