ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member for an agency, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building long-term relationships.

I graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Sports Management and Business Administration. I’m also the proud father of two boys, and much of my time outside of work is spent supporting youth athletics and community activities. I stay actively involved in the community through the local high school football booster program and as a youth baseball coach. Supporting local families and helping young people succeed is something I care deeply about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeff Berthney - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
