Automotive Service Advisor Suntrup Ford Kirkwood Suntrup Ford Kirkwood is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. Position Overview As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, communicating repair recommendations clearly, and managing repair orders efficiently from write-up to delivery.
