They understand why systems are designed a certain way, how technical decisions impact reliability and security, and how infrastructure choices support the business.What You'll OwnAzure and Microsoft 365 administrationVMware vSphere environmentsActive Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group PolicyNetwork infrastructure, firewalls, and securityEndpoint management and securityPowerShell automation and process improvementDev/Test environment support for software development teamsInfrastructure monitoring, backup, and disaster recoveryWhat they're Looking ForRequired ExperienceAzure and Microsoft 365 administrationVMware vSphere / ESXiActive Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group PolicyNetworking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, and firewallsEndpoint security and systems administrationPowerShell scripting and automationWindows and Linux server administrationNice to HaveCI/CD and DevOps exposureGitHub or Jira integrationsDocker or KubernetesSQL Server administrationAI-assisted automation toolsWhat Success Looks LikeThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and taking ownership across multiple disciplines.We're not looking for a VMware administrator, network engineer, or cloud engineer.We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who understands how these systems work together and can explain not only what they do, but why they do it.
