About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Advanced Practice to provide executive leadership in the strategic vision, growth, and advancement of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide strategies that align with the organization's mission and priorities, ensuring the optimization of APPs in delivering high-quality, patient-centered, and value-based care. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, who can partner with executive, operational, and physician leadership to position APPs as essential contributors to organizational growth, patient outcomes, and workforce sustainability. Candidates for the Vice President of Advanced Practice position at the company must have a current certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with a minimum of 7 years of clinical experience as an APP and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in leading large-scale clinical, operational, or workforce transformation initiatives, exceptional executive leadership, and strategic planning capabilities. The Vice President will be the senior advocate for APP practice, responsible for establishing system-wide standards, advancing evidence-based practice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Strong business acumen, the ability to influence organizational strategy, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement are essential. The role also involves talent development, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
