Mammography TechnologistPride Health is hiring a Mammography Technologist to support our client's medical facility in Seattle, WA 98115. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (convertible to permanent based on your work performance) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Specific Duties:Consistently performs high-quality digital mammogramsFollows established protocols based on the needs of the individual patient and ordered examExplains procedures and observes patients to ensure safety and comfort during the examUses radiation safety measures and protection devices to comply with government regulations and ensure the safety of patients and staffEvaluates images for technical qualityMaintains the cleanliness of the mammography machine and associated equipment in accordance with infection control policies and proceduresQualifications:High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceCompletion of a course in imaging technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and board certified or board eligible in Mammography (must obtain certification within one year of hire)Active Washington State license or pending applicationPreferred Education. Experience & Skills:At least one year of experience as a Mammography TechnologistExperience in multiple specialtiesAdditional Information:Location: Everett, WA 98115Job Type: 3+ month contract to hireSchedule: Monday-FridayOffice Hours: 08:00 AM- 4:30 PMPay Range: $50-$57/hr.
