ABA Registered Behavioral Technician Needed -Full Time

The role is full‑time, 32–40 hours per week, with expected working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A sign‑on bonus of $1,500 is available. Responsibilities Deliver individualized ABA therapy in client homes, schools, and community settings. Integrate therapy into the child’s daily life, using natural environment teaching and functional communication strategies. Follow a scheduled routine of 5 days per week, working with 2–4 clients per day. Travel as necessary—approximately 30–45 minutes one way—to client locations. Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports. Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals. Qualifications Active RBT certification. Experience working with children aged 2–15 years, including play‑based and verbal behavior approaches. Certainty in managing physically demanding tasks such as playing with and lifting young children. Valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle; willingness to travel within the Jacksonville area.
