We are looking for someone who would love to be part of an amazing team that helps people achieve their dreams of having a baby! This is a temporary role with an anticipated duration of six months.Essential Job Functions:Assist in OR/PACUDocuments patient care services by charting on patient and department records. Uses clinical computer softwareResponsible for all required labs and procedures are completed and documented according to protocolsProvides patient counseling and educationEnsure quality and quantity of materials provided to patientsAbility to communicate accurately and conciselyCommunicate physician orders and instructions to patientsCover weekend/holidays as requiredCoordination of services with affiliate providersConduct medication/injection instructionsActs as clinical resource for support staffInteracts with physicians, counselors, embryologists, sonographers, medical assistants, lab staff, financial staff, and administrative staff for delivery of high-quality patient care.Complete all required trainings as designatedMaintain active licensure and certifications as applicableDemonstrates understanding of providing cost effective careMaintain a clean and safe environmentOther duties as assignedEducation and training/experience:Must have High School diplomaBachelors Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited school of NursingPreferred 2 years of experience in an area of women's healthMust have ACLS/BLS TrainingCompetencies:Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situationsMust have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentations softwareAbility to remain calm and respond appropriately to all stressful situationsPhysical Demands:Sitting and standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, squattingIvy Fertility is an equal opportunity employer.
