Sr. Analyst

Job Description Support day-to-day operations of the Office of the CIO. Collecting, modeling, monitoring, and analyzing financial and business data. Plan, develop, and update internal policies and process documents. Plan, develop, and update workflows and process diagrams. Review and maintain vendor contracts and electronic invoices. Track vendor expenses and maintain records. Compile data from different database sources into meaningful reports. Perform data integrity auditing and reconciliation. Plan and develop internal communication materials. Plan and develop presentation materials. Interact and communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership. Develop solutions for continuous process improvement. Meet deliverables on time. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and One Drive. SharePoint. Financial and business analysis techniques with strong problem‑solving abilities. Excellent written and oral business communication skills; ability to present ideas and issues logically and articulately. Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage time effectively. Strong project management and planning capabilities. Detail oriented and attentive to quality. Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management and ITIL concepts. No sponsorship.
