The Administrative Assistant/ Facilities Dispatcher is the department's first point of contact for all service requests and must prioritizes, organizes and assign's service requests accordingly. Department:** Facilities & Pla **nt** Operations Location:** Englewood, NJ Status:** Full-time Shift:** 8 hours (Monday - Friday) Hours:** 8a - 4p Job Qualifications A minimum of five (5) years of administrative assistant experience required Education Requirements High School Graduate or GED Dispatches all service requests to maintenance staff according to description of requests Assigns work orders through the department's work order system Data entry of purchasing requisitions Coordinates with lead mechanics to ensure timely delivery of work order requests Monitors the progress of work orders on a daily basis, and maintains details; start time, end time, and completion outcome Follows up daily on outstanding work orders that are incomplete, collects details of what tasks needs to be performed Ensures duties performed meet or exceed department's quality standards Works with all staff to improve and / or implement new processes to improve workflow Records meeting minutes for Department meetings Assists with EMS reservation system and UKG time and attendance system Communicates effectively and professionally with employees, peers, executive leadership, customers, vendors and others Why join Englewood Health?
