Human Resources Manager - Logistics

GXO Logistics is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our fast-paced transportation and warehousing operations. In this role, you will lead site HR strategy, partnering with leaders to drive staffing, performance management and employee engagement for a diverse workforce. You will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations, and oversee benefits, leave and HRIS data. Using a performance-driven and collaborative approach, you’ll champion inclusion, support training and development, and leverage data and analytics to improve HR processes and workforce outcomes.
