Description Description Now Hiring: Community Impact and Wellbeing Support Coordinator Location: Corporate Office - Norwood, MA 02062 Hours: Full-Time Yearly Salary HallKeen is seeking a Community Impact and Wellbeing Support Coordinator to help connect residents with resources, strengthen community partnerships, and support housing stability across our residential communities. HallKeen is a mission-driven real estate management and investment organization focused on affordable and workforce housing, community engagement, and lasting resident impact. Pay Rate: Starting at $70,000. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, compassionate, and experienced in resident services, social services, housing, or community-based support. What You’ll Do Support residents with outreach, referrals, resource navigation, and follow-up. Partner with property management teams to address resident needs and housing stability concerns. Help coordinate community engagement programs and local partnerships. Support program reporting, documentation, and quality assurance. Requirements We’re looking for: Experience in resident services, housing, human services, or a related field. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills. A commitment to respectful, responsive service for diverse communities. Technology skills and comfort with documentation and reporting systems.
