Emergency Medicine Opportunity 12 Shifts/Month + 6 Weeks PTO + Strong Support Well-established, physician-led group seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine physician to join a collaborative team of 4 physicians and 2 PAs in a busy, well-supported ED setting. Position Highlights: shifts/month (1,500 hours/year) with opportunity for additional shifts 12-hour shifts (7:30a 7:30p / 7:30p 7:30a) with equitable scheduling 12,000 annual visits manageable volume with strong support Level III Trauma Center (Level I within 1 hour) Dedicated PA coverage daily (12pm 10pm) Broad specialty support available , including General Surgery, Ortho, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and more 24/7 hospitalist coverage (ED physicians run ED codes only) Tele-stroke neurology, radiology, respiratory therapy, and ultrasound available 24/7 Well-trained nursing staff experienced in trauma, cardiac, and pediatric emergencies EPIC EMR Qualifications: MD/DO with completion of accredited residency Board Certified or Board Eligible Eligible for Minnesota licensure and DEA Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation + sign-on bonus 6 weeks PTO Relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, disability, malpractice) 401(k) with employer contribution Annual CME allowance + paid dues Community Highli
