Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in neonatal and maternal care, with a strong ability to support high-risk medication administration and patient monitoring.Required Qualifications1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 yearsGraduate of an accredited nursing programRegistered Nurse License in the state where care is providedBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationAdvanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certificationProficiency in electronic fetal monitoringDemonstrated IV skills and ability to perform lab drawsKnowledge of high-risk medication administration including Magnesium, Oxytocin, and InsulinAbility to perform Urine Point of Care testingKnowledge of capillary blood glucose testingFamiliarity with IStatAbility to perform Adult Cardiac monitoringKnowledge of newborn monitors including pulse oximetry and cardiac monitoringAbility to perform heel sticks and venipuncture on newbornsKnowledge of newborn medication administration, including IV administration and maintenanceUnderstanding of Bili-blankets/lights and radiant warmersAbility to support gynecological teaching and post-operative bladder trainingKnowledge to assist with maternal-newborn teachingPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in nursing or related fieldMinimum of three (3) years of labor and delivery experienceMinimum of three (3) years of postpartum experienceMinimum of one (1) year of medical/surgical nursing experienceClient Details City San Leandro State CA
