This position is responsible for processing hotel linens, maintaining laundry operations, and supporting housekeeping functions to ensure the hotel consistently meets Hilton brand standards and guest expectations. The ideal candidate is flexible and available to work both morning and evening shifts based on business demands. This individual must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Hilton brand standards and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

Laundry Operations

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and bedding.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear.
• Maintain organized linen inventory, carts, and storage areas.
• Report low supplies, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns.

Housekeeping and Houseperson Support

• Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping staff.
• Stock housekeeping closets and supply areas.
• During PM shifts, deliver towels, linens, amenities, and other requested items to guest rooms.
• Collect soiled linens, remove trash, and assist with public areas as needed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.

Safety and Cleanliness

• Keep the laundry room and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow Hilton standards, company policies, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.

Requirements

• Previous hotel laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Schedule Flexibility Required: This position may be scheduled for AM or PM shifts based on business needs and may support multiple housekeeping-related functions throughout the hotel.
