Chapters Health System is seeking an Admission Registered Nurse (RN) to assess patients and initiate care seamlessly. You will complete clinical admissions, explain services, and support families throughout the process. Ideal candidates will hold a current RN license, possess clinical assessment skills, and have at least a year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or hospital settings.
