This opportunity includes: coordinating customer account information and resolving questions regarding time-sensitive shipments. You provide support by tracking shipments, troubleshooting customer inquiries, and updating customer invoice information. Problem-solving, planning, and a commitment to the highest level of customer service are skills we highly desire. Position requires computer-savvy skill sets, and the ability to keep up with the fast-paced logistics environment. Duties/Responsibilities Improve and maintain customer relationships Track and trace the status of shipments Accurate data entry skills Demonstrate strong problem-solving techniques Recognize when a team member is in need of assistance Ability to learndaily airfreight/trucking reports Extensive email and phone communications Respond tocustomer requests forcargo pick-ups and rate quotes Responsible for providing accurate computer-generated and written reports Processingspecial raterequests as needed Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of work performed Work with various internal departments and terminals Ability to take directions and demonstrate good listening skills Qualifications 1+ years Customer Service/Logistics experience preferred High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of the Internet, email, and Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly learn multiple web-based systems and software Excellentcommunication skills. Must be detail-oriented while multitasking. Use good judgment in completing work tasks.
