What You’ll Do As a Recovery Specialist, you will: Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with consumers about their accounts. Listen carefully, understand consumer needs, and work together to create solutions. Negotiate and set up payment arrangements using our proven tools and resources. Update account information accurately and thoroughly. Follow compliance standards (we’ll train you!) to ensure respectful, ethical interactions. Partner with your team and escape calls when necessary. Be part of a positive workplace that values respect, accountability, and compassion. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For You’ll be successful in this role if you are: A strong communicator who enjoys helping people. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable using computers and phone systems. A team player with a positive, professional attitude. Ready to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment preferred. Collections or customer service experience a plus, but not required — we provide training!
