What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing incoming calls and radio traffic, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner.
• Monitor communication systems, receive reports of incidents or service needs, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document routine activity, incidents, and service calls in logs and reporting systems, helping to support accurate communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with on-site teams, supervisors, and local responders when appropriate to relay information, support emergency response activities, and help maintain organized operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring tools and communication channels, helping to identify unusual activity around the location and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
