This position is for a Social Worker specializing in hospital-based services. The role requires working with an adult and geriatric patient population. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for providing effective support. Time management skills are necessary to handle various responsibilities efficiently. Crisis intervention experience is vital in addressing patients' urgent needs. Strong communication skills are required for effective collaboration with patients and staff. A compassionate and empathetic approach is important for building rapport with patients. The work environment will be fast-paced, requiring adaptability to changing situations. This position does not have float requirements, focusing solely on rehabilitation services. Weekly guaranteed hours are set at 30. Candidates should have a Masters Degree and be licensed in the state. The dress code includes scrubs, with casual business attire permitted. Blue jeans are not acceptable attire for this role.
