Essential Functions: Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation. Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects or assignments. Works to achieve operational targets within job area, which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized. Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review. Qualifications: Must be able to obtain a US security clearance. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles. Strong attention to detail Preferred Additional Skills: Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
