AI Product Lead

Position Responsibilities:Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and generative AI to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and business outcomesCollaborate with data engineers, developers, data scientists, analysts, and architects to design scalable AI solutionsEnsure AI solutions integrate effectively with enterprise systems, data platforms, and business processesDevelop business cases, project plans, resource requirements, and implementation roadmapsFollow standards and frameworks for AI lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvementAbility to travel as needed for projects, estimated to be no more than 30% per yearOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or related discipline with 4 to 6 years of related technical experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experienceDemonstrated comprehension and experience with common project management methodologies (such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)Previous experience applying AI and analytical tools, techniques, and processes to solve business problemsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences; ability to communicate complex topics in a simple mannerThis position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s DegreeExperience with the following:Python, SQL, or similar analytical languages Azure AI Foundry Power BI Snowflake Microsoft Fabric Databricks LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks MLOps and AI lifecycle management practicesBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
