Senior Compensation Consultant

Consultant Role

This role differs materially from the standard analyst role. This person must operate as a true consultant to the business, including:

• Diagnosing recruiting/retention challenges
• Interpreting compensation trends
• Pulling together multiple data sources (market, turnover, TA feedback, etc.)
• Building recommendations for leaders
• Performing advanced cost modeling

This resource needs to be able to independently take a business problem, analyze root causes, and propose actionable compensation solutions. Key must-haves:

• Strong senior-level compensation experience
• Healthcare compensation experience is required
• Ability to perform consultative, strategic analysis
• Advanced costing and presentation skills
• Submitting a candidate to this position is acknowledgement that the candidate 1) will follow all MHHS policies and procedures, 2) will adhere to the terms of the MSA and 3) has all the requirements and specialty experience that the position requires.
