As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead production operations, manage schedules, resources, and ensure quality and safety. Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations within the integrated supply chain, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing processes that meet quality and safety standards.

You will report directly to our Site Leadership and you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact production efficiency, product quality, and overall supply chain performance by supervising production teams, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise Circuit Card Assembly production teams to meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely resolution of issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Engineering and Development team to stay on track for APSL approval and new product integration.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

• 1 years of experience in production supervision within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, with a focus on Circuit Card Assembly, mass production, team leadership and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP software to monitor and manage production activities.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
