Administrative Assistant, Broker Support

Job Summary Our Broker Support Team is the backbone of agent success at USABG. We provide hands‑on guidance and resources to help brokers every step of the way— from licensing, contracting, and certifications to lead management, commission assistance, and training support. The role ensures that brokers feel confident, connected, and equipped to grow by handling the details behind the scenes so they can focus on what matters most: helping clients and building their business. Key Responsibilities Assist brokers with licensing requirements and renewal processes. Support contracts and certification needs for agents. Manage lead flow and provide tools for effective lead management. Offer commission assistance and clarify compensation structures. Deliver training support to enhance brokers’ sales skills. Maintain a supportive environment that empowers brokers to focus on client relationships.
