Associate Territory Manager Detroit/Cleveland/Columbus

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager for the Cleveland and Columbus area to support acute urology product sales and customer education in a defined region. The role involves extensive field travel to conduct product demonstrations, in-servicing, and account support while building clinical expertise and sales capabilities. This developmental position reports to a Regional Manager and serves as a pathway to Territory Manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support regional manager in driving sales revenue through product demonstrations and account coverage
• Conduct in-servicing, product assessments, and customer education on acute urology products
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities and product interests to territory manager
• Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships and coordinate product evaluations
• Maintain clinical expertise in relevant disease states and develop territory management skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years general sales experience
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Ability to travel 80% including overnight stays
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Vendor credentialing and/or certification in clinical field
• COVID-19 vaccination per company policy
• Satisfactory criminal background and drug screening results
