As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed. Coordinate resident care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record. Respond to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations. Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment. Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York. Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
