HR Business Office Director $5k Sign On (Full Time)

Position: Business Office Director Location: Olathe, Kansas (21810 W 119th St, Olathe, KS 66061) Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 plus up to $4,000 in performance‑based bonuses annually. Shift Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Manager on Duty Weekend Rotation 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Responsibilities Put the Human in Human Resources: Direct and maintain secure confidential human relations systems for the community, providing first‑class customer service. Be a Hiring Hero: Lead grassroots recruitment efforts, working with recruitment and department heads to find the best talent for open positions while ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process. Be a Radical Resource: Provide oversight, training, and encouragement to all staffing levels at the community, setting an example each day of Arrow’s core values. Qualifications You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in human resources management, including payroll and employee training. Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 12th‑grade proficiency. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills if needed. Positive and energetic attitude. Professional appearance and conduct. Comfortable sitting at a desk between four and six hours a day (sedentary position). Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds. Criminal background clearance required. Good health and physical/mental ability to perform assigned tasks; verified by a physician health screening not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment, and free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of screening.
